Post Eyebrows - Care Instructions
The Ombre Brows After-Care (Healing stages process) can take 7-15 days but varies from person to person. Here's how the daily after-care looks like:
Day 1 (Appointment Day): Blot & Wash
•Right after procedure, clean your brows with moist cotton round with mild, fragrance-free cleanser (like Cetaphil) every hour, for the next 4 consecutive hours and then every 2 hours and again before bed.
• (This insures that all the excess lymph fluid is being removed and no crust will form.)
• Don’t use ointment the first day, after procedure.
Days 2-10: Morning, Afternoon, & Night Cleanse
• Clean your brows 3 times a day for the next 7-10 days (morning, afternoon, evening/before bed.
• Dry: Always pat dry with a clean cotton round/paper towel. Never let them air dry.
• You are welcome to start using ointment on day two (2) and throughout healing process, (7-10 days)
• Ointment: Apply a tiny amount (size of half a rice grain), invisible layer of healing ointment after each wash & dry.
• When applying ointment, the brows should look hydrated but never shiny or greasy.
Tip:
• Always start with clean hands to prevent infections in the open skin.
• Clean your eyebrows using a moistened cotton disk with fragrance-free, unscented, non-exfoliating gentle cleanser
• Clean your brows with smooth motions for 10-15 seconds, 3 times a day, Followed by patting your eyebrows completely dry with a clean, soft tissue.
• Apply half a rice grain amount of ointment (starting day 2) using a clean Q-Tip or your clean fingertips for both eyebrows, 3 times a day, throughout the healing process (7-10 days) or until brows are completed peeled
• Use clean Q-Tip on each side to prevent cross contamination.
• You will notice brows flaking, scabbing and itching (in the first 4-12 days) it is common as the skin heals. Never try to touch, scratch or remove flakes, to avoid pigmentation loss, infection or possible scarring.
AVOID FOR 2 WEEKS:
• No exercising until brows are completed peeled (to avoid sweating).
• Avoid Retin-A, AHA, Glycolic Acids, Salicylic Acid, anti-aging products, etc. around or on your treated area.
• No sunlight and tanning beds for 2 weeks
• Do not wax, peel or laser hair removal treatment around your enhancement
• No hot tubs, sauna, pools, and the sea during the entire healing process
• No Brows makeup up during healing time, 7-10 days
• No facial treatments until brows are completed peeled.
After the healing process is complete: take care of your brows by using sunscreen and moisturizer.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING HEALING PROCESS (estimated timeline below):
• Day 1-3: Brows look darker, thicker (swollen) and sensitive. Don't worry, the color will fade over the next week.
• Day 4-7: Brows will begin to scab/flake and patchy. Do not panic!
• Day 8-14: Brows are completely peeled & color seem very faint/light, (ghosting stage)
• Day 15-35: Color comes back, starts to resurface and darken. As at this point, you can decide if there is anything you want to add or change at your touch up appointment.
Post Lips 👄 - Care Instructions
Lips lose moisture faster than any other part of the face. Keep them hydrated 24/7.
Day 1:
Swelling, tenderness, and high color intensity. Don't panic - this is normal and it will subside.
Blot lymph with a damp cotton round/soft tissue every 30 minutes - one hour.
Coat with a thin layer of healing ointment immediately after.
You can apply Ice with thin towel over your lips the first day, for 15 minutes ON and 45 minutes OFF
*Do Not put ice pack straight on your lips*
Days 2:
Less swelling, more tenderness, and a lot of dryness. Keep your lips hydrated at all times by applying ointment at least 3-4 times a day. Rinse lips with water after eating.
Keep ointment on lips 24/7—never let them dry out.
Days 3-7:
On your third day, if no cleaning is necessary (no lymph..) just apply aquaphor/ointment & always keep them moist.
You will experience less swelling, more tenderness, and a lot of dryness.
Lips will begin and end the process of peeling, and color will lighten by 30%-50%. Do not pick or rub your lips and let the peeling happen naturally.
Continue to keep lips moist with healing ointment!
Day 8+:
Lips are done peeling, color is light. You may return to normal routines.
Lips will continue to heal, up to 6 weeks.
Every week more color will surface/darken.
Keep your lips moist!
⏳NEXT STEP: YOUR TOUCH-UP
PMU is a two-step process. Your skin will naturally reject some pigment during healing. Your mandatory 6-week touch-up is where we perfect your shape, fill any light spots, and lock in the color for the next 1-3 years.
If you haven't booked your touch-up appointment yet, please do so!

Post Eyelash Enhancement 👁️ - Aftercare Instructions
The healing process for permanent eyelash enhancement tattooing takes 7 to 10 days for the surface skin to close, and about up to 4 to 6 weeks for the pigment to fully settle. During this critical window, your main goals are to prevent infection and protect the pigment from fading or becoming patchy.
Daily Cleaning Routine
• Day of Procedure: Gently blot the lash line every 15 to 30 minutes with a clean, dry tissue/cotton round to absorb excess lymph fluid and prevent heavy scabbing.
• Days 1 to 10: Apply very thin layer of aftercare ointment. Use half a rice-grain-amount for both eyes, using a clean cotton swab 3 times a day or until scabs are fully peeled.
The Golden Rules (Days 1–10)
• Keep It Dry: Keep your face out of the direct shower stream. Wash your face using a washcloth or cleansing wipes, completely avoiding the eye area.
• Zero Eye Makeup: Do not apply mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, or eye creams. Tinting or perming your lashes is strictly prohibited, for two weeks.
• No Picking: Flaking and peeling are completely normal. Let the skin shed naturally. Picking at scabs will pull the pigment right out of your skin.
• Avoid Moisture & Sweat: Skip heavy workouts, saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and swimming. Excess sweat and moisture will push the pigment out of the open wound.
• Sleep Elevated: Sleep on your back with your head elevated on an extra pillow for the first 2 to 3 nights to significantly reduce morning swelling.
• Do not let the area dry out completely, since this can cause scabbing and cracking of skin surface. Apply thin layer of ointment.
• Keep your hair away from your face.
• Do not wear contact lenses at least 24 hours.
• Eyes will be puffy and swollen for a few days. Eyes may feel dry or irritated.
• No eyelashes serums or growth stimulation, those products might cause pigment migration.
Happy healing! ❤️🩹
